1. How do I track my order status?
Real-Time Order Status Tracking
- Sign in to My Account.
- In the orders summary page, you will find a table of order IDs. Click the
Order Number on the row of the order you wanted to check.

2. When can I expect my delivery?

3. What is your return and refund policy?
Return Authorization You must contact us for a Return
Authorization number before returning any product. All returns must have an RMA
number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Product received by
BypassKit.com without an RA# will be refused at point of delivery and returned
to sender.
Returns for Warranty All eligible warranty returns will be
replaced or repaired on a one for one basis. Only the defective piece(s) should
be returned. Product Return Processing is before 2-4 weeks from the time
12voltshop receives the product.
Returns for Credit Products returned for credit must be
received in the original purchase condition, with all manuals, blank warranty
cards, accessories and the 12voltshop online sales receipt within 30 days of
purchase. Returned orders with items used or missing will either be refused or
the retail value will be deducted from the credit.

5. What does backorder mean?
Highly demanded products may not be available for immediate shipment.
We will hold entire order until all items are in stock and ship complete
order. Please login to your account if you prefer to ship your order 'As-is'
(Ship only in stock items and do not back order).
6. How do I cancel my order?
Contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email with your order
number to request a cancellation of your order.
Please note that we can only accept cancel order/cancel item requests before
the product is shipped out from our warehouses.
