1. Why can't I add products to my shopping cart?

If you are having trouble adding products to your Shopping Cart, you may have disabled the 'Cookies' function on your browser. To enable 'Cookies', please do the following: To Enable 'Cookies'

For Microsoft Internet Explorer
1. From the toolbar at the top, choose 'Tools'
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Click on the 'Security' tab
4. Click on 'Internet'
5. Choose the 'Default' level
 
For Netscape browsers
1. Select 'Edit'
2. Then select 'Preferences' from the Edit menu
3. Select 'Advanced', and then 
4. Select 'Accept all cookies' (or 'Enable all cookies')
5. Click 'OK'

2. How do I modify my shopping cart?

  • Select Category on Right
  • Please enter the desired quantities for all of items you wish to order
  • Click the "Update Cart" button.


3. How to make an order?

After you find products that you would like to purchase:

  1. Complete the order form
  2. When you would like to Checkout, click the "Checkout" button.
  3. Select your desired Shipping Method and Address. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.
  4. Select your desired Payment Method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the Order Summary for final checking.
  5. Verify your Order Summary and in case changes are needed, click the "Edit" button next to the appropriate field.
  6. Click the "Place Order" button to make your order.
  7. Copy the Order Number for reference.


4. May I add any items to my order after I have placed the order?

Unfortunately you may not add item(s) after you completed your order. We begin to fulfill your order as soon as it is placed. For logistical reasons, we are not able to honor order modification requests. However, you may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped.



5. What are my shipping options?

BypassKit.com offers a variety of shipping options:

United States and Canada (Estimated Time of Delivery for Different Services)

  • Ground *
    United States and Canada. (Not including Hawaii and Alaska)
    Note: Depending on the destination, the time it takes for your package to arrive may vary. In addition, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

  • Next Day *
    United States and Canada.
    Note: Depending on the destination, the time it takes for your package to arrive may vary. In addition, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

  • Next Day AM *
    United States and Canada.
    Note: Depending on the destination, the time it takes for your package to arrive may vary. In addition, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

6. When will my order arrive?

We try our very best to provide an accurate estimate of the "total shipping time" required including both sourcing and delivery time. These estimates are based on several different factors, including the location of your designated address and the time we need to obtain the products of your request from our many different suppliers.

8. Do you accept overseas orders?

9. What are my payment options?

    BypassKit.com accepts Visa, Master, and American Express Credit Card.

  • Paypal
    BypassKit.com accepts PayPal. Please be sure to include your order number on the subject line and the recipient's email address is order@bypasskit.com. Once you have paid through PayPal, you can expect your order to start process on the next 1-2 business day.

    Note: In order to use PayPal as your payment option, please open an account with PayPal. PayPal accept payment in either money transfer or credit card payment. Please visit PayPal's official website for detail information on how to create an account and make payments.

  • Checks and Money Orders
    BypassKit.com accepts checks and money orders.
    Please make cheque or Money Order payable to "DIRECTED ELECTONICS CANADA"
    Please send your payment to

  • Wire Transfer

11. How can I redeem promotion codes?

In our checkout system, redeeming a promotion code is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Promotion section in My Account to if you have promotion codes in your account.
  2. Write down the Promotion code.
  3. During the checkout process, you will be asked to input the promotion code in the payment information page.
  4. After completing the billing information page, you can review your whole order including the promotion redemption information.
